Looking at your pic I just came up with two messages worth of a Fortune Cookie:
-Don't underestimate the importance of a bathroom in a museum (especially if it's a "new" museum).
-Don't overestimate the intellect of museum sponsors.
These sentences don't have to be read in any specific order. Each one of them is already a sentence (if not a dead sentence)
