The iconic and controversial Spanish socialite Carmen Lomana (who I have discussed here before, see earlier posts under HOLA category) in a recent photo. Compared to her dinner companions, her face strangely looks like a flat paper cutout, or a one-dimensional cardboard image affixed to the three dimensional body with adhesive or via digital photoshop. On the other hand, the face could also be compared to a Balinese puppet mask.
